Contacting us about a project
We use the name, contact details and project information you send to respond to your inquiry and prepare an estimate. Our form sends this information through our website server and email service. Server records also include technical information such as your IP address, browser and request time for delivery, security and troubleshooting. Please do not include sensitive information unrelated to your project.
A successful form response means our email service accepted the request for sending. It does not guarantee inbox delivery or a booked project. Telephone and email links open your own calling or email application.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you accept optional analytics. It helps us understand page visits, contact-link interactions and successfully sent estimate requests. We do not send your form answers, email address, phone number or project details to Google Analytics. We remove query strings and fragments from the page addresses we explicitly send and limit referrer details. Google also receives technical information needed to provide its service, including network information.
Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 30 days without extending their expiry on each visit. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration. Our analytics preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. You can reject or change it below; rejecting removes accessible Google Analytics cookies. Browser settings or blockers may also prevent analytics.
We do not send previously untracked inquiries when you later accept analytics. Analytics reports therefore represent consenting visitors, not every visitor or every customer.
Third-party review and follow features
The homepage automatically loads our live Google reviews through Trustindex. This connects your browser to Trustindex and its review services independently of your Google Analytics choice and shares technical information under those providers' policies. The Google follow feature loads only when you select its load button. External links take you to the linked provider.
